Knowledge Manager

Encouraging a self-service knowledge-driven culture, I manage employee and leader-facing Knowledgebases ensuring that the organization has all the information needed to flourish.

Instructional Designer

In collaboration with the business leaders, I follow an A.D.D.I.E. model to analyze, develop and deliver curricullum, that includes courses, job aids, role manuals and quick reference guides.

Technical Writer

Being able to communicate complex information using simple everyday language and illustrations is a coveted skill. As a technical writer I create simplified documentation for users that leads to a better user experience.

eLearning Designer

As a forever-learner myself, I am always looking to learn how to use the industry's latest tools to deliver digital learning that is both effective and engaging .

My responsibilities in this role included creating curriculum, end user content and both web-based and in-person training. Working with my team is of utmost importance as we together supported 7 different roles and 300+ people. We offered classroom training, virtual training and remediation for both new hire employees and seasoned employees.

I had the privilege of working in a variety of roles during my nearly 15-year tenure with Comcast Corporation. I began in a front-line role as a Customer Account Executive and worked with my peers and leaders to grow into the role of Business Trainer. While in each role I always had a keen sense of collaboration and partnership. I used these skills to assist and mentor my peers and worked as a subject matter expert to support the business.
