In this role, I function as the technical writer/author and administrator of an employee knowledgebase for Human Resource content. This knowledgebase provides the source material for an employee and leader-facing chatbot that averages 90%+ (percent) satisfactory response rate. I design consistent brand-conscious HR content to be searched and consumed by the employee population.

My responsibilities in this role included creating curriculum, end user content and both web-based and in-person training. Working with my team is of utmost importance as we together supported 7 different roles and 300+ people. We offered classroom training, virtual training and remediation for both new hire employees and seasoned employees.

I had the privilege of working in a variety of roles during my nearly 15-year tenure with Comcast Corporation. I began in a front-line role as a Customer Account Executive and worked with my peers and leaders to grow into the role of Business Trainer. While in each role I always had a keen sense of collaboration and partnership. I used these skills to assist and mentor my peers and worked as a subject matter expert to support the business.

I first met Joyce several years ago at Mika Brzezinski’s (cohost of MSNBC’s Morning Joe) Know Your Value (KYV) Conference.
Joyce won Comcast’s highly competitive KYV award which included attendance at Mika’s conference. Joyce had been successfully advancing her career ever since. She understands that to get ahead, you need to be a giver, not a taker. She continuously strives to create more value for her boss, her team and Comcast. She is a continuous learner.
